Scheduling Appointments

Our office is open Monday - Friday and limited hours on Sunday. Our physicians leave space in their schedule to accommodate sick children who need to be seen the same day. To accommodate our working parents, we do have limited preventive appointments available during our Sunday hours.

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. 

Late for Your Appointment

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you, or perhaps offer an appointment with another provider. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Canceling at or after your appointment time is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged a "no show" fee of $30.00.

Lactation Consultation Appointment

Separate appointments with our lactation consultants are available to discuss breastfeeding issues. These appointments are normally available Monday - Friday 9:45-11:45am and 1:45-4:45pm.
