Our fees are standard for our specialty in the Anchorage area. The State of Alaska requires that we publish our most common codes and fees so they are easily available for our patients. Click here to see our list with this information. Undiscounted prices for health care services described in this list may be higher or lower than the amount an individual will actually pay. An estimate of anticipated charges for our nonemergent care is available on request. Please do not hesitate to ask for this information.

We accept most insurance carriers. Please have your child's insurance card with you at the appointment. You are responsible for all co-payment and deductible amounts at the time of service. If your child is not insured, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of the service.
