Very accomodating staff and nurses. Dr. Janet Shen is the best. She so kind and a good pediatrician.

Wonderful experience! It’s warm and inviting from first call to schedule with the admin at the front desk, to our appt with the providers, to checking out. All the way through was warm, supportive, and welcoming. As a new mom, I felt very supported and confident leaving the office after the care we received for my 2.5 month old. It was a night and day difference compared to the care we received from the family medicine clinic we started with. The care we received from The Children’s Clinic was LEAPS and BOUNDS better care all around, every step of the way. I wish I had started here instead, so glad we made the switch!

I love The Children’s Clinic. When I take my toddler or new baby to their appointment, I know that they’re in the best hands in Anchorage. The front desk staff, nurses and doctors are knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional and very good with both children and adults.

Highly recommend any of the physicians in this group. Dr. Shen is our daughter’s pediatrician and she is so caring, intelligent, and thorough. We’ve had sick visits with almost all the other providers and they’re all wonderful, too. Staff are very helpful, parking is easy, and the after hours hotline has been a great resource when we were unsure about what to do.

The Children's Clinic is a great place. The staff and Dr. R. Schafer are a good team. My kiddos and I love them.

Dr. Tulip interacts the best with children and knows how to help them with their anxiety . He incorporates a cute little Donald Duck toy and voice that helps soothe my toddler relax and ease into the environment

My sister's daughters used to go here when they were children and now her grandson goes here. My sister referred my kids to this clinic and I have loved them ever since. Dr. Legenza at The Children’s Clinic has been my son's doctor for 3 yrs & my daughter’s since she was born in August 2019. My children love this clinic and Dr. Legenza & when they’ve had to see other doctors in Dr. Legenza absence they’ve always had a great experience also. All the doctors at this clinic have a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I've been with The Children's Clinic for almost 17 years. We've seen Dr Tulips, Dr Legenza and my kids doctor Dr Shen. The best doctors in town and highly recommended. From the receptionist, nurses, MA's and doctors they are all treated us good and take good care of my kids. Thank you!

First appointment with Dr. R Killian Schafer. I am pleased and happy with the visit earlier today with Dr. Schafer. Even though my boys were scheduled together, he was amazing with both of them and now my boys love going back in just to see a doctor. The dad jokes that my boys get was hilarious and they weren’t scared at all. I was nervous but it was a great experience. From the girls at the checkin(Very lovely) the medical assistant that assist us to the back room was very friendly and helpful. My boys had fun with her; thank you so much for making this visit such a smooth one for my boys and myself. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician.

Highly impressed! The most courteous staff. I spoke with nurse Bobbi prior to coming and she was excellent. She took the time to listen and hear my concerns and gave me her best recommendation. I got my daughter in with Dr. Shen and couldn’t be more grateful. Her expertise was exactly what we needed. She is kind, caring, and very intelligent. It was a pleasant experience and left me with the most peace of mind that I’ve had in awhile now. Front desk staff from check in to check out were wonderful. Both ladies that helped me were professional and very kind. Kayshawn was also really great. You can see from his interactions that he reallycares about the patients he is caring for. He was very sweet. Overall, such a great experience.

We have been here for 9 years and it's been incredible, I cannot be happier. All of the nurses and doctors are warm, friendly, loving and caring. The staff is such a great team. Dr.Shen is very gentle and smart about how to reach each of my 3 kids in a very impressive way. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She never failed satisfying my children's need in further steps. If I forget to take my son for a lab test, she contacts and make sure things are good. My kids are so lucky to have her as their doctor. Highly recommended.
