Schedule an Appointment

Appointments

Our office is open 7 days a week, with evening appointments during the week and limited hours on the weekend. Our physicians leave space in their schedule to accommodate sick children who need to be seen the same day. The primary purpose of evening and weekend hours is to see patients with acute illnesses. To accomodate our working parents, we do have limited preventive and chronic management appointments available during the early evening clinic hours.

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. The exception to this would be walk-in services for immunizations or suture removal.

Late for Your Appointment

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment with another provider. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us (preferably 24 hours in advance) to reschedule or cancel.  Canceling at or after your appointment time is considered a missed appointment.

Lactation Consultation Appointment

Separate appointments with our lactation consultants are available to discuss breastfeeding issues.  These appointments are normally available Monday - Friday 9:45-11:45am and 1:45-4:45pm. We know breastfeeding issues can come up at any time, especially with newborns, so we do have limited availability during evening and weekend clinic too.
